From deep in the upper Loire Valley, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is grow on the high hillsides of the northern Sancerre hamlets of Maimbray and Sury-en-Vaux. The Roblin brothers farm 35 acres of Sauvignon Blanc planted primarily in limestone soils. This is full-bodied, age-worthy, clean, crisp, and minerally white perfect for goat cheeses.
